Club Members Personal Data
The club holds certain data relating to each member when you take out a club membership. This information includes the member's name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail, along with other details of a purely administrative nature. The data is used solely for the purpose of organising events and contacting club members. This information may be disclosed to officers of the club to facilitate the smooth running of the club. It may also be disclosed to third parties such as the regional and national governing bodies. We also transfer information our service provider (PaySubsOnline), who process it, based on our instructions, and in compliance with this policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
