Club and Facilities
Harrogate Hockey Club is unique in that it owns its own club house and synthetic pitch. The club house overlooks the playing area, so matches can be watched from the warmth and comfort of the bar on those cold rainy days.
Hockey Teams

The Men's 1st team are in North Division One with all other teams being in the Yorkshire League. The Club also has a very successful and thriving Junior section with over 170 eight to sixteen year old members. The Club runs under 10, 12, 14 and 16 teams for both boys and girls. All players are supported by excellent coaching at all levels.
Granby Hockey Centre
The Granby Hockey Centre, which the Club moved into in October 1999, is ranked as one of the finest hockey facilities in the United Kingdom. This facility comprises a modern purpose built clubhouse, including bar area, functions room and changing rooms, and an adjacent all weather floodlit artificial pitch and car park. The cost of this development was £950,000 which was financed principally by a National Lottery grant of £752,000.
Function Room
The functions room, which is situated on the first floor of the clubhouse, can seat up to 80 people. It is used for Club social events and by spectators who wish to watch the games in comfort. These facilities, which include a kitchen, are also available for hire for private functions such as birthday parties, wedding receptions and anniversary celebrations.
Synthetic Pitch
The all weather sand dressed synthetic pitch together with floodlighting is situated adjacent to the clubhouse. The pitch was re-laid in August 2009 and is suitable for eleven and five a side football as well as hockey. It is available for hire by outside organisations on most weekday evenings from 5.30pm to 10.30pm.
